You may return your purchase within the 14 days from delivery.

Please note the following:

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please provide us your order number to validate proof of purchase.
• Returns of full priced products need to be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that products purchased on sale cannot be returned. Please note any shipping charges on your original purchase will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of the return.
• Please note we will not accept refunds on unsaleable, used products and the item will be returned to you.
• We do not offer exchanges. 

Before sending the item back please contact us for a Return Authority number.

Cost of Return Delivery

• Change of mind returns are to be done at the buyer’s expense.
• We will cover the return delivery cost for orders received where the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
